Welcome to Prenda Personalizada! By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.

🛍️ How to Purchase

Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  1. Choose the product and customize it to your liking
  2. Add to cart and fill in your details
  3. Make the payment
  4. Receive email confirmation

Confirmation

Your order is only confirmed after:

  • ✅ Payment approved
  • ✅ Data verification
  • ✅ Customization validation

Important: We may refuse orders with incorrect data, suspected fraud, or inappropriate content.

💰 Prices and Payment

Prices

  • All prices include VAT
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping for orders over €50 (mainland Portugal)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Payment Methods

  • 🏦 Bank transfer

All payments are processed securely. You will receive an invoice by email.

🎨 Customized Products

Your Responsibility

When customizing a product, you are responsible for:

  • ✏️ Checking the spelling of texts
  • 🖼️ Ensuring you have rights to the images
  • 👀 Confirming the preview before purchasing
  • 🚫 Not using offensive, illegal, or third-party rights-violating content

Image Quality

For best results:

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 1000x1000 pixels)
  • JPG or PNG formats
  • Well-lit and focused photos

Note: We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to low-quality images or errors in texts provided by you.

📦 Production and Shipping

Deadlines

  • Mainland Portugal: 5 to 7 business days
  • Azores and Madeira: 7 to 10 business days

Each product is made especially for you! The deadline includes production + shipping.

Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking code by email
  • Check the packaging upon delivery
  • If damaged, take photos and contact us

🔄 Returns

General Rule

As each product is customized especially for you, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Exceptions

We only accept returns if:

  • ✅ Product has a manufacturing defect
  • ✅ Product damaged in transit
  • ✅ Our error in customization
  • ✅ Product different from ordered

Deadline: You have 48 hours after receiving to inform us of problems.

✅ Warranty

All products have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • ❌ Improper use
  • ❌ Natural wear and tear
  • ❌ Accidental damage

🖼️ Image Rights

By providing images for customization, you guarantee that:

  • You own the rights to the images
  • You have authorization to use them
  • You do not violate third-party rights

You are responsible for any claims related to the images provided.

🔒 Privacy

Your personal data is protected according to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

⚠️ Limitations

Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for:

  • Customization errors provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers or force majeure
  • Indirect damages or loss of profits
